LatinRapper.com Airmagination Contest Rules

To enter, in the space provided on the contest page, enter your email address.

Only one entry per person, people found to be using multiple forum accounts to enter more than once may be disqualified. 

No purchase or payment necessary to enter. The contest begins 10/15/07 and ends 11/05/07.  One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by the date given on the official rules and submitted in accordance with the rules. Winners will be notified by e-mail.

The Contest is open to anyone at least fourteen years of age, except employees and their immediate families of LatinRapper.com. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.  The contest is only open to people living in the United States.

The contest prize is US $250.00 in credit for purchases through Airmagination.com, including custom orders where applicable.  The prizes are subject to change at any time, and LatinRapper.com and its associates are not responsible if certain prizes are not presented by the applicable sponsors.

Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of LatinRapper.com which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Contest. Airmagination.com will arrange for delivery of all prizes.

Except where prohibited by law, the winner consents to the use of their name and entry in any manner by LatinRapper.com and its advertising and promotion agencies without further compensation. LatinRapper.com makes no warranties and accepts no obligations will respect to any aspect of the prizes. Neither LatinRapper.com nor its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, or related companies are responsible for any damages, taxes, or expenses that the winners might incur as a result of this Contest or receipt of prizes. Winners accepting prizes agree that all prizes are awarded on the condition that LatinRapper.com and its agents, representatives, affiliates and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prizes. Winner further acknowledges that LatinRapper.com is not responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness. Winner may make no substitutions or transfer of prize. LatinRapper.com reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Internet - Entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. If the potentially winning entry is an Internet or other computer entry, potential winner may be requested to provide LatinRapper.com with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning entry. If for any reason the online portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of LatinRapper.com which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, LatinRapper.com reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.

LatinRapper.com assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. LatinRapper.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by LatinRapper.com on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

A winner may  be contacted by email, if there is no response to the email within five calendar days, that entrant may have been considered to forfeit their prize and another winner will be selected.  By entering the contest, you allow LatinRapper.com and Airmagination to add your email to their newsletter and mailing lists for updates, your email will not be given away or sold to anyone else.
